Visited the Regina showroom for a new refrigerator. Really liked how everything is displayed in the store. The associates are very friendly and have good product knowledge and have the best prices in the city. Definitely recommending to others.

Tasneem Karasheh was extremely helpful to me in that she was patient, intelligent , and was sensitive to the fact that I am sight impaired. She checked my order, discovered that shelves had not been delivered, and gave me all the information I needed in clear, bold instructions so that i could see the computer screen. Her PR skills are excellent. She is an asset to your business.

Tasneem was very helpful and pleasant. I appreciate her call to advise that our appliance was ready for pickup. She also asked if me or my husband was going to pick it up, and then she completed the necessary document for him to come, as his last name is different from mine. Thank you again Tasneem!

Had a scheduling issue for delivery time of my order which I had accepted. I called customer service and Tasneem helped me out immediately, understood my concern and promptly re-scheduled. She was friendly and helpful!

Dealt with amazing staff member Swati in the store. However when it came time to deliver, they originally booked it for today, then phoned us to say they didn't know when it would be here. Then phoned again to say that it would come Friday. Then phoned again that it won't be delivered until Monday. 3 of our appliances are in Regina and the last one isn't, however they refuse to deliver the 3 that are here. Unsatisfactory service when it comes to delivery and are not willing to work with us.EDIT: Manager was able to help us out and we received our appliances on Saturday instead of Wednesday.

When you need to replace a fridge, it's usually because your current one died and you don't have time to mess around searching all over the internet. Their search came up first on Google with the best price by a few dollars but it's clear they price match all others and slightly beat it. What's not to like?! My order was placed on Wednesday and will be delivered on Friday. No other retailers could do delivery within 2 business days and again, they had the best price. Win win!
