Voted there. Volunteers were friendly. Place was clean.

I was stopping in on a Sunday while travelling (not my home church). This is a beautiful church: such a nice atmosphere to be in. The congregants were friendly and helpful and seemed involved in the church's development/leadership. Rev. Nicole Uzans was preaching and her message was gospel-focused, Christ-centred and inspiring. She was not afraid to acknowledge confusions in the gospel, but humbly and knowledgeably explained the contradictions encountered in Jesus' words. The music was also so lovely, there were two young women singing who brought me to tears during the offertory hymn.This church blends modernism with tradition and conviction with inspiration at the same time, which is a hard balance to strike. I only wish I was there for communion!I loved it so much I wish it were my home church! Great job St. John's Anglican, Parish of Horton :)
