Dr. Bruen connected with us on a phone call as the on call ophthalmologist and clearly cared. Promptly saw us in office, therefore I understand that patients who had prior appointments would have been inconvenienced. He caught a serious eye issue that could have resulted in permanent blindness.

Why is it a doctor who can only see 6 patients an hour, schedules 12 patients an hour. Have never been to a doctor that doesn’t say “ we’re running behind, you’ll have to wait.” But try showing up late.
