Artistic Landscaping

Brian and Sharon worked on our backyard and front yard recently and did an excellent job. They were very professional and knowledgeable, they took our suggestions and met all of our needs. We loved working with them and we strongly recommend their services.

We signed a contract to have Artistic Landscaping, Hamilton clean and remove snow over the winter. Final payment was made January 2020 to Artistic Landscaping. Following the heavy snow storm on 6 March 2020 Artistic Landscaping did not come and clean the snow at my location or neighbours who had also signed his contract. Brian McLeod owner of Artistic Landscaping has refused to acknowledge my repeated phone calls and messages left?

I am finally ready to review Brian and Sharons work. They are professional and polite that's true. To their credit, they have come multiple times to address the following issues, but nothing has been fixed or resolved. The quality of the work is questionable one year in. Summer of 2021 the project was started, and it looked great, for a few months.The plants flourished and came back this year and are doing great. However, the weeds also came back. We wanted a very low maintenance backyard. They said the backyard patio area would be levelled and I that the system they used for flagstones would assure no weeding between the stones. I've included pictures of the weeds coming up between the stones and at the back of the patio where the border is poorly done. These weeds showed up at the end of last summer and this summer as well. As well, not sure how much levelling was done, but photos show that entire edges and corners of flagstone are exposed and are a tripping hazard. Also a Pergola was purchased as a kit (as recommended by Brian)...as you can see there was some difficulty assembling it and cuts were made that cannot be unseen. No solution was provided. So the pergola looks like it was put together by amateurs. The fabric lining of the new planter box Brian built for us was peeling away after only a few months. Brian did come to fix" it

Had brian and sharon do a flagstone walkway and retaining wall at my house, and I must say they did a fantastic job. I get compliments on the work all the time. Thanks again, great job

Brian and Sharon have been to our home in Burlington twice for landscaping projects. Both times their work was exactly as requested and quoted. They have now built new flower gardens with decorative rocks at both the front and side of our property. They provided all services for us: design options, purchase of all materials and plants, and the labour. They are friendly, reliable, work efficiently and tidied up after each phase of the work. We have received many compliments and I would highly recommend their services.
