Recently me and husband went to The Source" store to purchase mobile for us and we had great experience with their services. Albin's expertise in the field is commendable and his ability to guide you through the entire process with ease and efficiency is truly impressive. Not only he did help with the technical aspects of porting mobile connection

I went there every time I want something. They gave me the best advice for every product mainly Albin. I got 3 phones from there and they gave me the best price in the whole town. Also after sale service is pretty good. I also recommend to Albin if you are visiting the store.

I’m not much of a review person but then I thought this had to be posted so it’ll be useful to someone. The store is small but has great offers. A guy named Albin attended me, I don’t know whether he’s the owner or a staff there. But his behavior is really disappointing. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I went there to get an iPhone but didn’t really wanna proceed after hearing his wage responses. He doesn’t want to give a clear response about anything and his attitude as if he really don’t care whether customers purchase from the store or not, he just wants his ego to win.

Just writing this review so the owner of the store knows about something and you retain some customers in the future.A week ago I bought a Beats Studio buds from Source. It was a sealed box but it didn’t have a warranty due to some reason. I called them up and the guy who talked was really good and asked me to come back to the shop so they can check and resolve the issue. On getting back to the shop, I talked to Albin, who was the sales guy who sold it to me. He had a terrible attitude and told me they are not responsible for it and asked me to contact apple. I told I already did the same. He was not ready to even try to resolve the issue or at least say that he would help me out. Instead, he just wanted me gone and talk to his boss tomorrow IF I WANTED TO. I bought the same thing from staples now and I’m really happy with the purchase and their service. I would never buy from this Source again even if it’s lot cheaper than the competitors. Business is not just about sales and offers, it’s about customer service too.I ended up returning the product eventually but that’s not the whole point.

The best choice for electronics and mobile phones. The customer service is excellent, especially Albin. He gave me the best data plans and helped a lot with buying other products. Definitely recommended. Very friendly and the best customer service.
