Great E.A.R.T.H Expeditions

We greatly enjoyed our tour of the Lunenburg area with Ryan! He is a very experienced tour guide and knew how to get everyone engaged and interested. He took us to see some local hidden gems, taught us all about different berries and history of the area, and even showed us petrified trees! We had a blast and would definitely rebook with Ryan and his team.

Ryan was an amazing tour guide - running a great company! My wife and I had a thrilling time on our trip out to Lunenberg and the surrounding area. Favorite part was the hidden beach! Ryan was very charismatic and a great guy to hang out with. Lunch was good too!

I fully understand now why Peggy's Cove is one of the most photographed locations in Canada. The geology, the ocean-scape and the unreasonably quaint, picturesque fishing community leading up to its signature lighthouse. Great Earth Expeditions guided us on an amazing and memorable trek through all of it. Ryan (our guide) was extremely informative and was able to answer a barrage of questions from other guests on the tour ranging from geology, history, botany, marine life, and even the political make-up of the area without missing a beat. We were all quite impressed.Thank you Ryan for an unforgettable tour! Very Highly recommended, especially if your into geology or photography. We'll be back next year for Cape Breton or Lunenburg tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Bay of Fundy. Ryan knows the local treasures in the area that a tourist may never see on their own. Our guide Mark was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and punctual. He doubled as our photographer when we needed all us in the picture. He went above and beyond the call of duty in taking us to a delightful coffee shop and museum. Despite the rainy/misty weather we had a fantastic time exploring the beaches and the ocean floor and rock formations. Thank you Mark and Ryan.

Had a great time on the Down by the Bay tour with Ryan. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and took us to beautiful spots. Highly recommend!

The two of us enjoyed a fantastic day touring Peggy's Cove with Ryan. Not only is he passionate about the natural environment but also really informed about the culture of both the first nation's and current culture of the area. He provided a great lunch and even entertained us with some guitar and harmonica music. We highly recommend this very memorable tour.
