It took an hour an 45 minutes for a delivery at 1030 am. I called 2 and was assured my driver was on his way. Likely will not use this service again.

unfortunate it was that they sent me less than what I ordered(yes I should have looked) and charged me double for the delivery,the girl was nice and polite but I will not be using this service any longer,there are other delivery companies in town that are more reasonable and ethical.John

Had such an EXCELLENT experience with Across Town Delivery. We are on Vancouver Island and found an antique piece we wanted located in Vernon, but weren’t sure how to get it to us. I was heading to a work event in Kamloops and we contacted Across Town Delivery and they went above and beyond to arrange for a driver to go pick up the piece and drive it from Vernon to Kamloops and deliver to the hotel I was staying at. Their communication was excellent and the delivery happened so quickly! Highly recommend for any of your delivery needs! Thank you.

I’ve been using their services off and on since about 2013 and have only had good experiences with them! I’ve never had to wait long and they’re Always professional and friendly. I am not sure how their rates compare to other delivery services but to me it’s worth it to get quality service I can count on.

The man on the phone was polite. He answered all my questions, and explained everything so it was clear and understood. Said it would be delivered in half an hour and it was. Receipt was provided for purchase and had a breakdown of their fees as well. Very happy with my experience.

Very unimpressed with the result. What might the result be you ask? Nothing.. Order wasnt fullfilled when made at 10:30pm. You can't call them past 11pm to ask if there is a problem with your delivery, because they close at that time. The professional thing to do is call the customer to tell them AT THE VERY LEAST that your order will not be coming tonight. Here's a thought; why not close at 10:30pm instead to avoid mishaps like this that will lose you a customer each and every time.

i ordered alcohol to a party and it came about 2 hours after order was placed and they charged me 30$ more on a separate charge and when i called and asked about it they just said their machine “doesn’t do that and doesn’t just charge for nothing” and said the only way i could get a refund is if i go back to the house where i ordered it from which i have no idea where that is because it was a party. very poor customer service.

Order a bottle of wine at 10pm. It never came and when I tried to call at 10:45, no one picked up. Very frustrating that they agreed to take my order and never called me back to inform me that my order wouldn't be able to be filled. Had they informed me that they were too busy to take my order, I would of used a different delivery company. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
