My mother ordered 1dz yellow roses and I only received 9 roses , as well they started to fade within days ....wasnt impressed .

I was appalled by the Petals of Love " flower shop service at St.Thomas. I was referred to this flower shop by the funeral home which was organizing funeral services for my friend who passed quite suddenly. I called the store talked with ( Tabby/Tobby ) who is the store manager

This past Saturday I ordered the Loves journey basket and requested to have it today for the wake. They had an open casket yesterday and the flowers were just beautiful heard from the grieving family. Exceptional service from my experience! Just moved to the area so just found the nearest floral shop near me to order flowers for my moms birthday party. So so glad i picked this one! one of the florist even played with my toddler as I was able to talk to another one. showed pictures of what i wanted and got exactly that!! if not more!!! she understood me completly! will definatly be coming back! Got my two centerpieces for a long table of party guests and additinal leaves for plates! LOVE THEM SO SO MUCH and party was a success!!

Spent 67.80 on flowers for Mother's Day. I am out of the country so I relayed on the website. The came nothing like how it looks. I'm very disappointed an will not be ordering from here again.
