Working with Rita was a dream! She truly cared about us having a positive and magical experience. I would 1000% recommend going to Lisa’s for her. From start to finish, Rita cared about making our experience at Lisa’s memorable. More than a sales associate; Rita comes with experience, she KNOWS her stuff. She made me feel confident in my decision. I’m so excited to wear my dress on my big day!

Where to start… everything at Lisa’s Bridal was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. The ladies at the front desk greeted our group and proceeded to let our marvellous consultant Rita know we had arrived.The questions they asked in an earlier email led to a wonderful surprise of 5 dresses picked out and hung up in a beautiful viewing area for us to give Rita our opinions on what she had picked out and can I just say she Nailed it!!!Every single one of the dresses we fell in love with. She then took us to our own area to try on the dresses. We found Rita to be warm, professional and very knowledgeable. The whole experience had us feeling like we’d stepped into a scene of “say yes to the dress” right here in New Westminster!!!!This was not our first bridal salon as we do not live super close by but it’s well worth the drive. I’m a plus size bride and had great fears when it came to shopping for a dress (let alone THE dress) Rita put all my fears to rest and the dresses she had selected checked all my boxes. I did indeed “say yes to the dress” thanks to Rita and the rest of the employees at Lisa’s bridal. This is an experience that I will be talking about whenever I talk of my wedding.

I went into Lisa’s Bridal to find my dream wedding dress. Katrina was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning of my appointment, her first pulls for dresses were amazing. I could tell one was gorgeous right off the bat, so I decided to save that one for last to try. Through every dress that I tried on, Katrina made sure to ask me insightful questions to really see how I felt in each dress. In the end, I ended up choosing the dress I saved for last. It was absolutely gorgeous and truly made me feel like a bride. All my appreciation to Katrina! She was wonderful!

I booked a Brides and Bubbles appointment with Lisa’s Bridals and it was so worth it! They set us up in a little secluded corner of the store to try the dresses. Rita was so knowledgeable and helpful. Despite me being short and petite, she knew exactly what looked good on me, and suggested such flattering dresses. She is so attentive. Rita was very thorough about alterations and accessories to complete the perfect wedding gown. At the end of the appointment, I said yes to the perfect dress without going over budget. It is completely worth it to book the brides and bubbles appointment. The bridesmaids and I had an absolute blast!- Vinnie

This was the third shop I visited, I found it because it was across from bridal gallery.My stylist was Rita (she is absolutely amazing, very helpful and motherly).For the first appointment she had picked out some options based on what I was looking for, then also showed us what kinds of dresses were in each area so we could pick some out.Had a lot of fun during this appointment, Rita was great about fluffing the skirt, turning off the lights so we could see how things sparkled, and trying a couple veils on me.Second appointment we had my future grandmother in law on a video call and Rita was super helpful in finding us places with better signal and letting us move around the shop to do so.Rita was also really helpful in getting the second appointment booked.Eventually this is where I said yes to the dress! (and veil). They had me pose for a couple photos on the stairs while in the dress and veil, and then also did photos with the sign and the I Do" champagne they gifted me."

My experience with Katrina and Nelson at Lisa's Bridal was absolutely amazing!! I paid for the Champagne visit and would highly recommend doing this! The whole experience was exactly what I wanted. They contacted me prior to ask me about myself, what i was looking for and had dresses pulled and ready for me, nothing was rushed, I didn't feel overwhelmed or hot, and we were treated like family! They had sparkling juice for non alcoholic, snacks, etc. I highly recommend Lisa's Bridal, I said yes to the dress and they played a huge part in that.

We had a great experience at Lisa's Bridal! The whole store is nice, bright and spacious. The staff was really nice and accommodating for us. We spend a total of 2 hours!! And no one hurry us or anything like that. They have a big collection so I got to try many dresses that fit the idea of what I wanted!Would recommend for any friend or family!

We want to thank Gift for making my daughters experience of trying on prom dresses a comfortable, fun and memorable one. She made great suggestions and helped create the look with dresses that were too large into what the finished dress would look like. My daughter found the dress she loved and we look forward to seeing her in it once the alterations are done. Thanks again Gift and Lisa’s Bridal.
