Friendly staff. Large and well organized. Better prices elsewhere but you know the prices will be higher if you're going here. Look for coupons online the website (usually you can find a 50% off one item code).

I spent a long time looking for an item that was impossible to find. I asked the cashier twice for help and she pointed and said around that area. I found Allison who helped me locate the item very quickly and was so kind and helpful.

I would like to first say not all locations are the same. I was very disappointed in the fact there was nothing for people with disabilities to get around in the store. I was ready to go into the store and spend quite a bit of money but unfortunately no carts for disabled people really disappointed and you lost a good sale.

WAY TO EXSPENSIVE!!! NO ONE EVER TO HELP. looks like there is a lot of options but there really isn't just a lot of the same products over and over. Never any new stock. SEVERELY OVER PRICED I cannot stress this fact hard enough. Everything in this store is way to exspensive. Even thier sale items are 6.00+ it's disgusting!!!

Michaels is an excellent source for arts and crafts. I recently bought two sets of paint brushes, and I can attest to their quality. They glide on the canvas and are easy to clean. And, the prices are very reasonable.
