Not the fast station but the Tim Hortons never gets my order right. Even when there isn't a big line up, they always manage to very really slow with my order, get it wrong, or not have stock available. I'm not sure what has changed but both Tim Hortons in the area have really gone down in speed and service.

Is actually not the place but the product. Went from very good to super low.The company supplying the flear" went from a nice creamy milk shake taste different from other smothies in the market

I agree with the other reviews. Customer service needs to be better. Transactions are too slow.
