I came in contact with this company through my builder. I wouldn't never do business with these people if I had a choise. Sandy has zero customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and lies. She gave me an appointment and one ever showed up. When I called to follow up, she basically told me off. She never once apologized for their poor service. I wish i could give them zero star. I wouldn't recommend this company save yourself headaches

There seems to be one pick up truck driven by this company in which the driver always seems to be driving recklessly and possibly even intoxicated.

Worst customer service. Tried calling continuously for a month to get an installation date. Sandy doesn't return calls and I'm not sure what the receptionist does. Cleary this company doesn't care about their customers or making money. STAY AWAY!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Abbey Overhead Doors. They failed to show up for the initial appointment and then canceled the rescheduled appointment last minute, causing me to take two days off from work unnecessarily. Their customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic throughout the process. Based on their lack of reliability and poor customer service, I strongly advise others to seek an alternative company for their garage door needs.

Do yourself a favour and never get this company to install your garage door. I called the receptionist she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Poor attitude and zero customer service skills!!!!!!! ( My warranty was 2 months over and she said theres nothing she could do. I will never use this company in the near future.

Avoid this company at all costs. If you are working with a builder ensure that Abbey is not their supplier. We have been waiting 7 months for garage doors--in the fifth month we contacted the manufacturer and found out that the doors were never ordered. During the waiting period we were told every imaginable excuse that could exist--our crew got covid, it's raining outside and we can't install, the doors are in the warehouse and then they suddenly disappear, there was a fire in Oklahoma and the order was delayed (the doors are made locally in Barrie, Ontario)--there were more, but so stupid it's hard to believe that they were shared.We were given numerous install dates once the doors were ordered after five months--each time there was a delay. This company operates on lies and deception and provides no service.Avoid Abbey unless you love tarps instead of garage doors.I would rate this company 0, but unfortunately that was not an option.
