If I can give negative I ll rate full negative stars.The sever white guy on Saturday 10/8 morning shift at 9am is very rude.He pretended not to understand us ordering original blend and tried to seek help from another coworker of his who looks like Asian.We just said original blend Large" but his face is like what are u ordering. Super racist! Don't go there if u can! Spoiled my day!"

Never go to this place! This is the most Terrible and stingiest tim hortons we’ve been to! Bad service! Asked for a medium orange pekoe drink in a large cup and i was being charged for a large drink. Ive ordered this so many times without having to pay. The reason being is i water the drink down and i need space in the cup for water.Apart from that, the taste of the drink tasted like creamer! I opened the cup and it looks like they put so much creamer in it. I returned and told the staff about the drink and was asked to pay for another bag of tea! Again, i ordered orange pekoe so many times i know what a regular one tastes and looks like!Terrible staff!!

My recent experience at Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. Upon arriving at the establishment, I noticed there was no staff present for a period of 10 to 12 minutes. This lack of staff caused frustration among customers, resulting in two people leaving the premises. To add to the situation, one individual became visibly upset and banged on the lunch room door before the staff finally emerged.Once the staff members became available, I proceeded to place my order. Unfortunately, they initially provided me with the wrong order, further contributing to my dissatisfaction. However, upon notifying them of the mistake, they promptly rectified it by replacing it with the correct order.It is disheartening to encounter such issues at a well-known and popular chain like Tim Hortons. The absence of staff for an extended period and the resulting inconvenience for customers is unacceptable. Additionally, mistakes in fulfilling orders can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a negative overall experience.I hope that Tim Hortons takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve their service quality and efficiency. Customers rely on timely and accurate service, and it is crucial for the staff to be present and attentive. Tim Hortons has a reputation for offering delicious food and beverages, but it is essential to ensure that the overall customer experience aligns with this expectation.

Hands down, one of the best Tim Hortons I have visited in YEARS! Clean, super friendly staff, and yummy, fresh sandwiches! When most other Tim Hortons seem to be going downhill, this location seems to actually care about service and quality. Keep up the great job!

I got a everything bagel with butter and herb and garlic and he put so much butter it congealed and it lookea like i have to cream cheese on my bagel. Do not order food from this location. Ive been shown they dont care

Small restaurant with 2 tables. Our table was broken and very wobbly, not good for hot drinks. According to local been like that for awhileTje service was great though, friendly and helpful
