The staff was polite and courteous, food is really good as well.I couldnot see the halal certificate on the wall, so staff showed me certificate.I would recommend to place a valid certificate on the wall.Thank you.

Dont except the Excellent Taste and Go.Just Average food.Good Customer Service.Don't go with Much Expectations.Compared to real Arabic taste 6/10 scorer.No Deliveries .Only Take Out and Eat In.

The service/ cleanliness in this place was brutal. First off, instead of helping customers. One of the employees spent 5-10mins picking his nose infront of everyone and proceeded to not wash his hands. On top of this, he began handling the food. One of the other workers, she was packing my chicken on the rocks dish. Instead of scooping the chicken out of the warmer - she started by picking up pieces along the counter top with her fingers and throwing it into my takeout box (ew). Who knows how long the chicken was on the counter for or if she had dirty fingers? Maybe clean your station by throwing stuff into the garbage and not your customers food!!! Not to mention by the time I recieved the food after watching all of this, it was cold. For sure never coming back here. All I could think about was the possible food poisoning/ illness I may get if I finished my food. Sadly, threw it out after a few bites.

I just ordered food from this establishment and I’m shocked with the experience. The cashier shorted me on change, and the guy who made my food decided not to add the seasoning that that the dish I ordered always comes with. On top of that the fork he gave me was dirty. There’s no shortage of restaurants in Guelph so if you’re considering this place, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. The complete disregard for their customers has me questioning the safety of this food.

I placed a large order for a work holiday party. The staff taking my order were friendly and accommodating, and followed up several times to make sure they had the details correct. When i picked up the order it was ready on time and they took the time to show me all the items - the order was perfect and they even threw in an extra item for free. The food itself was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend for catering a casual party.

Good food. Owner is nice. Once I waited a little longer than usual due to them extremely busy, he offered me a drink at no charge. I didn’t take the drink but it was a great gesture. Good team here.

Went yesterday to the Harvard store. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was excellent. Good amount of food for the money. Lots of customers in too when I was there. Help support this amazing place. Go get some chicken on rocks and sticks!

They never can get my saj shawarma wrap right. It's always a mess. I don't know why (see picture)
