False advertising. They claim they give you 2 months free in the ad, but they don't mention there's a $41 admin fee. Brightbox is $1 move in, no hidden fees.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They looked after me and my storage needs.I let them know that I would be back in the fall. My truck and camper stay in there indoor heated storage. I’ve been with them for the last three years.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean. Overhead door had a good seal all around it. No way for rodents to get into the unit. Floor heating was a nice touch. And they allowed indoor parking. The price is fair compared to other places. 24/7 access. I would recommend this place and I will be back again in the fall to store my vehicle.

I came her to rent some units for my father who is moving into a long time care facility, I was completely impressed with the units, they were new and very clean. Security is top notch, very modern. The office attendant Chinmay was extremely helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. He made the process very seamless and a pleasant experience. 5 Stars for service and facility!!!
