My family has been coming here for years! The staff/owners are amazing and just the most wonderful people, they carry a huge selection and great stock, their services are all great. Definitely come here if you're wanting to support a local pet health store and not a chain!

Great shop. Had what I needed and the staff were eager to help and knowledgeable too. Brought my puppy in there and she warmed up to them real quick. I also ordered some stuff online another time and it was delivered to my door, by a friendly delivery driver, within a couple of hours.Made a return customer out of me.

This staff is very helpful and friendly! If you make a free account with them, you get a small discount on products. They load up and bring heavy loads out to put into my trunk. Highly recommend!

Best and most knowledgable pet store around. Henry is an absolute gem who cares so much about his customers and their pets. I have a snowshoe Siamese cat who has went through oral surgeries, trauma, general aggression towards other humans and pets, night terrors ect. And this amazing local store has given me better advice and products to help me help my cat than even my veterinarian has. I recently purchased the Feliway pharamone spray and one spritz calmed my baby back to his normal self in minutes. Would recommend to anyone who needs a calming aide for their pet. Thank you critters for everything, I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Critters Pet Health Store in Saskatoon is tremendous!!. I have been a client for many years. I am Very satisfied with the products they sell, and I am so appreciative of their knowledge and ability to answer my questions. and guide me. The employees are very friendly, always greet me when I come in the door, and ask me if I need help. Excellent staff and an excellent store! Bonus.... they carry my big bags of dog food to my truck for me....and I have used the delivery service .... another great service offered by this store. Today, I went in to buy a ThunderShirt for my 11 year old lab, who just last year started going crazy"during thunder storms. Much appreciated the advice and support I received in making this purchase. Great store!!"

This is the best pet food store in the city. People are very personable and love all animals! They really care and that isn't something that you see in these giant box stores for your pets. It seems that all animals are allowed in there and my dog goes in there without a deletion is completely and utterly focused on the owner and getting a treat. They've been helpful with information in regards to Pet Foods probiotics specialized harnesses winter gear boots. I can't say enough good things about this business
