Culligan

Caller about a UV light ballast. Was told it was $260. When I called back the price had jumped to $380. ??? The service manager Mike was also rude and scoffed when I said I bought bulbs from somewhere else. I ordered the part online for $240. Thanks for nothing Culligan.

We bought the ClearLink drinking water system less than 3 years ago. They are super loud! They make the craziest sounds when using water anywhere in your home. The sound is comparable to a fog horn. They want to send a technician to replace filters every year for $500! Our system stopped working, so we called for service. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. Our box needs to be replaced ($600 with labour) or a new drinking water faucet installed ($400 with labour). We decided to disconnect it, and cut our losses.

My water cooler is working awesome. Love that it has the warranty if anything happens within my 2 year contract it's covered. The sales representative who helped me was super friendly and answered all my questions before I sign any contact

Bought a $10k water treatment system and had the UV bulb go out after 9 months. Got a replacement and asked if they can install it. Was told it's a user serviceable part.No manuals of any kind on their website for the UV system and after I replaced the bulb, it started leaking. Service tech said there was a broken cork o-ring system but the only o-ring I saw was rubber.They wanted $400 for the service call.Completely unacceptable behaviour for a system that's barely a year old. Clearly Culligan has zero confidence in their products.When they sell you the system, they tell you they'll stand by their service and product but have zero intention of doing it.

Culligan service never disappoints. On time, our issue resolved promptly.

Great water for a great price. Very friendly staff. Helped me and my mom carry out the water bottles as well!

All of the staff are excellent. And the water is the best tasting water around. My dogs will literally not drink anything else.
