Turning Point Psychological Services

I called in to book an appointment for a psychologist to see my 8 year old son for therapy sessions. I asked the the receptionist if she can book me in asap and write a report on the assessments of my son. The receptionist said that it may take a few sessions to get the report and so the appointment was booked right away. I paid the 150$ consultation fee and told the psychologist what I was looking for. The psychologist then said that they don't do reports and that she would be going on vacation for 2 weeks. Words cant describe how disappointed I am. At a time where my family needs the help, they decide to manipulate me. They basically told me what I wanted to hear, took my 150$ and left my family out to dry. I trusted this office and in the end I got burned.

Our clinic has been happy to refer to Turning Point for the management of OCD for many years. We have found them to be especially adept at managing complex cases and to lead our often shared clients to new gains. Feedback from those we have referred has always been excellent. This is a talented team that I have no hesitancy referring to them in the future.
