One of the worst experiences I’ve had, the older man that works at this location made me feel so uncomfortable and he was very unpolite, there were multiple people in the store and came up to me when I was clearly grabbing one thing then when I got to the register was holding up my id’s inspecting every corner of them both for a couple minutes. never had ever has this experience at any liquor stores I’ve been too. That older man was very rude

Worst customer service ever. Staff are very rude and impatient. Also be careful about how much you are paying as some price tags are outdated and they would only charge you the 'higher' prices only visible in their checkout system by the staff, not the price as tagged, that I've never come across before in the retail industry.

This BC Liquor location is larger and has a big selection of drinks. Their layout makes it simple to walk though the aisles. The staff was also polite and easy going.

What a great store, I could not belive how full the shelves were during the strike. The store manager was very super helpful on ideas for mixology. And helped pick out a few items I would not normally buy. Unfortunately she's married, had to ask by this point. But I will definitely come back for beautiful personality and great customer service.Thanks Solo BC liquor store

Less than a minute of being in the store a Employee came up to me asking for ID (I'm 44) then instantly told me I had to leave because I was seen stealing the last time I was there... then told me ok grab what you want pay and leave... will not return to this location again.

Most BC liquor store are friendly and helpful.I just made a call and asked for an alcohol after getting exceptionally service from Nancy at the Hastings location.The staff at this location really didn’t want to help me and gave me attitude when I asked him to look up a SKU. I am not going to be visiting this location to purchase my alcohol.
