This is the sign they have outside the clinic.My son cut his thumb open and they told him without even looking at it that he needs an appointment to see the Doctor. Nobody plans on cutting their thumb where they should book an appointment. Ignorant people who have no compassion or any clue of what’s going on. My son is a registered patient at this clinic. They told him to go to the hospital without even looking at his injury to access how major or minor, making him drive over there with one hand for no reason. This is not the first time they’ve mistreated my son Totally rude and unacceptable

I've never had issues before COVID, the receptionist was great and the doctors were kind. This place was where I went to for all my medical needs but now, I've been avoiding this place because of wait-time (Why make an appointment when I'm waiting for more than an hour AFTER my appointed time?) and a discrimination incident (as a result of the COVID pandemic) that I still feel uncomfortable talking about. I'll be going elsewhere.

I have visited this clinic multiple times and it was typically satisfactory up until today's horrible experience.I was met with rude medical staff. The doctor was curt with my visit. She was inconsiderate as I was in much pain after the minor medical procedure. After the medical procedure, the doctor had left the sliding door half open on her way out.It felt incredibly violating as my clothes were on the other side of the room and had a thin sheet of paper to cover myself, as I was laying down on the examination table.Upon leaving, I stopped by the front desk to ask a couple questions. I waited for staff to call on me only to have a patient who arrived after me to be heard first.Overall, I would recommend avoiding this clinic if the reason for your visit pertains to women's health.

I have been associated with this medical centre since 5 years now. post covid the scenario has completely changed. you can't see the doctor most of the times as they are either away or not available. I have had a bad cough since last 14 days and I called them 2wice in last 2 days to book an appointment. I was told I will be getting a call back in 30 min on both occasions and never got a call back. I think it's time for me to change my family doctor as its been 2 years of constant avoidance by the doctor.

As everyone already mentioned, the receptionists are the issue at this clinic. They even saved my number incorrectly which made me miss multiple appointments over time, until I found the issue and corrected it.

The registration form (New Patient Registration Form) on the website will grab your information but when you go in, there is no record of me. Why collect this info ?

Well it's like any other medical clinic in the GTA. Staff are generally friendly and cooperative. Medical staff are good knowledgeable professionals BUT there's no regard for the patients' time! They will give you an appointment when you call but that doesn't mean a whole lot!Be prepared to wait upward of an hour even when you have an appointment. I wish they would try, just try, to see the patients with appointments first. I mean it's called appointment for a reason.Other than that, it's good location and also has easy inside access to a pharmacy.

My appointment was at 3:30pm. I went to the clinic at 3:25pm. Receptionist told me to sit in waiting area. I waited for the 1 hour and 10 minutes. They take me in at 4:35pm. If they are not sure about the appointment time why they are calling an hour before.They should have to careful with patient’s appointment timings.

Copper Ridge Clinic goes above and beyond for our family every time! The doctors are so compassionate and incredible. They really take the time to listen and discuss options with you. You leave feeling confident that you've been heard and have 100% clarity on your treatment plan. I have never met more friendly and professional doctors.The receptionists are absolutely amazing. They manage so many responsibilities, attend to each client's inquiries, keep the office running so smooth and you are always greeted with a smile everytime.My whole family goes here and there really is no comparison.This clinic never ceases to amaze me. We moved out of the area, but will happily drive an hour because our experience is that good.

They don't understand concept of appointment. An hour wait and the reason you get is previous patient is taking longer. Don't waste your time here Mcqueen clinic is 5 minutes away.
