5 stars. Store has clear Covid-19 signage and instructions outside, and allowed 2 people inside at once. As I waited, I observed employees inside patiently and cheerfully help other customers answer questions about their wireless bill. I upgraded my mobile, and Simon was knowledgeable and informed, able to answer all of my technical questions, and was very helpful selecting phone accessories that would be compatable with my new phone.I recommend this Wireless Age location for their 5/5 customer service.

Called around the city asking who had the new iPhone in stock. These guys said yup we do, get here before 5pm close. Drive an hour to get there, once im there wait for the guy on the phone for 45 minutes. only to be told sorry we cant sell you the phone today."Waste of time. Shop elsewhere."

This place has the worst wifi of all time, I needed to move cash from my savings to chequings account and actually ended up needing to come back after finding stronger wifi… I can’t imagine how the employees handle it on a daily operations basis
