I contacted Rolan Cunanan a life Insurance Broker , because I bought a property and I'm looking for a Life insurance that fits in my budget, getting into 50's is a different story when I'm terms of insurance coverage cost. Rolan. Is very straight forward . He showed us how Empire life insurance was able to cover one of his clients. Rolan gave us options to cover the property. Enrolling in insurance before will take days . But for Rolan, in an hour , he was able to submit an online application for us. We are so glad to have him and be able to get a proper advise on life insurance and it's coverage.

The Empire Life Application process was fast and easy. In fact I packed at a mall parking lot to answer all the Agents questions and it was pretty quick and detailed.Logged in to application site, read everything , asked questions and signed. Then I was on my way, back on the road.Nothing extraordinary but at least that part of my Life and associated Security taking care of. We all pray for long life but anything can happen.I hope Nothing negative happens to anybody.

Very difficult to get money moved through this company. Keep getting the run around. Hasn't been a good investment from day one. Bad communication, bad customer service. Invest elsewhere.

Cant say more about this insurance company, very bad customer service. Stop wasting your money on this, as they dont want to pay reimbursements on time. They say online processing will only take 24 hours for claims to be processed but it actually going to take 1 month for 1 simple claim. LOL CANCELLING MY INSURANCE BENEFIT CONTRACT ASAP!
