H&R on 801 Regent W, was the best in handling my taxes by far. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, very reasonable price.

Initially quoted $450 for their services, after coming in to pay I find out they made a mistake on my tax return and they were insistent that they did it correct. After explaining their error multiple times they still failed to acknowledge their mistake and ensuring me it was correct(it was not). After some back and forth, they managed to correct their mistake. I will not be returning to H&R, finding this mistake leads me to believe they have made others, although taxes aren't my language, so I just paid and will be taking my business elsewhere next year.

Very high fees for a basic family return...over $300! I paid less at an accountant with audit protection.

Called and the said business forms would but starting at $200 and would go up, called the H&R block in Steinbach and their business forms are $159 and that's all included. This location is a joke for changing what they do.

They were able to get me in last minute and very professional. Would definitely go back.

Things were good taxes were efiled in a fairly timely manner only I had forgotten a tax slip and scurried back to have that adjusted , when I walked in the secretary (older Caucasian lady with glasses) was on the phone and she handed me a clip board to sign up which i had already did 1 day before, didnt wait to ask me what i needed help with anyway she got off the phone i handed it back to her and i understand she was busy that wasn't a problem but then she seen i had a paper in my hand i explaind the issue i had and she says oh ill adjust that for you right now then she says oh looks like you were over paid but said she willl fix it and I will owe sometime later, I accepted it and she said now we over paid you" I was apologetic again..okay i thought then she says "everyone thinks when they walk through that door they'll be getting some money." I responded that I was good and have received my income tax I iust needed it to be correct. Wow I walked out feeling not good at all. Why did she speak that way? Anyways that was my 1st time there I wont be going back."
