I had an issue with an old Monark 805 stationary exercise bike and I reached out to Physical Assets for assistance in getting someone to repair my bike. Johanne from Physical Assets referred me to the company that they use for all repairs and I contacted that company and the technician walked me through how to fix the bike myself or at least try before bringing them in to see if they could fix it. His suggested fix worked and I called to thank him and Joanne and they suggested a little tweaking to further assist.In these days of lousy customer service Johanne set the bar at a level by showing that she really cares about and values the customer .
