Recently, Jillian and the team at Pawsitive Pooch totally helped us out of a bind as we found ourselves with an overseas trip approaching and with limited options for dog sitting.We did some searching online and found Pawsitive Pooch. We liked what we saw, so we arranged a meeting. When they arrived at our home, we were immediately impressed by their ability to read our nervous older dog and make him feel at ease. From there, we knew Pawsitive Pooch would provide the best care for our dogs while we were away.During our trip, Pawsitive Pooch provided frequent email updates. We were also able to check Pawsitive Pooch's Facebook page to see pictures of our two boys enjoying their walks and relaxing at home. Pawsitive Pooch really put our minds at ease and allowed us to feel comfortable being away from our dogs for a period.We'd recommend Pawsitive Pooch in a heartbeat and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

i have used pawsitive for about 4yrs now. jillian and staff have walked my dogs and have always provided excellent service. one of my dogs is reactive to other dogs, jillian and crew have been exceptional with him. they always let me know when they have been taken for walk and how it went as well as if dogs ate food and when they leave my home making sure it is secure before they leave. i have peace of mind when i use this service.

Jillian and her team are/were amazing!!In 2014 I moved home for the middle east with two rescues that had been been pretty badly abused and had limited socialization. The one dog was about 100lbs and extremely reactive to other animals - it was almost impossible to control him. The other was shy and not great if she felt threatened. We we were struggling to help these guys out and make the adjust to life in Canada.Jillian and her team made reasonable promises and had achievable goals. They worked with our dogs intensively for almost a year, stayed over night in our home dog sitting them when we had to travel for work, and in great detail recorded the dogs progress while teaching us.It was hard work and at time we worried things would never improve, we were shy taking our dogs places, and made tons of accommodations to avoid situations.But here is the end result - for the last 6 weeks my dogs have been going to doggy daycare, playing with lots of other dogs and people without incident. They are thriving, and by all accounts well adjusted and although they still have a bit of their personalities (and always will) it is no longer a issue.I can't thank Jillian and her team enough for all their help and training (for us and the dogs). They are truly puppy Angels :)
