I have know Loretta for many years! She reached out to me about my car insurance and was able to save me some money, she made everything super easy to understand and explained multiple options for me.10/10 experience

Loretta was quick to work with me to get me ASAP home owner's insurance set up, but a few days later was unable to follow through with it. She told me it was impossible to temporarily continue my renter's insurance with this new home owner's insurance, even though it would only be a few weeks of overlap after my closing date as I organized my move. She said if I was not actually living in my new house by the date of closing, then no one would insure me.My real estate agent and lawyer both could not explain her objections, as many people transition to their new homes over a few weeks (not all people move in exactly on their closing date). I followed up with her and she told me that all people move on their closing dates, and that there was no way around it--no simultaneous coverage was possible and that's just how insurance worked. Not wanting to lose my mortgage which was conditional on the insurance, I told her to cancel my renter's insurance on day of close. She proceeded to raise her voice and demand aggressively that I promise her I would be sleeping and eating in my new house on the day of closing, and if not, she would not insure me. I told her I no longer needed her services, called my old broker from a different town, explained the situation to him, and got the same insurance from the same company in 60 minutes without any difficulty.I get the sense she gets distracted by small details; my impression was that she was young and inexperienced, somewhat inflexible with problem solving, and unable to see the big picture. I thought her manner became a bit unprofessional by the end.

I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He’s been our family’s go-to broker for a few years now, and he’s always gone above and beyond to ensure we’re saving as much as possible while not settling for less coverage.Back in 2019, my parents had a flood claim, and as a result, their old policy was not renewed. They needed to find Home Insurance and they were under a big time constraint. We were sent Paul’s way and he helped us find a policy at the last second, literally e-mailing forms to us well into the night.A few months later we bundled our home and car insurance with him, and we had the exact same experience, and he saved us quite a bit of money and made it as easy as possible!My most recent experience with Paul was splendid, and like always, he delivered. I upgraded my personal car and decided to go through him for insurance - I ended up paying less than I was paying for my older car!I can’t recommend Paul enough for all your insurance needs. He’s professional, honest, a great communicator and has tremendous integrity, values we all should be looking for when it comes to insurance brokers!
