I found out about a upcoming property before it was listed and was lucky to get a viewing booked later that same day. From the pictures I had available I knew it was exactly what we were looking for and we would put an offer forwarded as long as all things were in order. I knew multiple offers would be on the table so I called Matt and booked a walk through inspection during our showing to limit the number of conditions to entice the sellers to a quick firm deal. He only had a few hours notice but made himself available. Even with the time constraints he was very thorough and had the report to me within the hour with pictures and supporting content. I had asked a question about a piece of equipment on the property during his readout to us which he answered well. He also followed up in a text the next day with detailed information about the equipment I was unfamiliar with.Matt also was very helpful getting a few extra pictures I asked him to get of a wood stove when he returned to the property for the water test.I strongly recommend Matt and the InsideOut team!
