It was the worst tax experience I’ve had. Right after filling my tax, he made a mistake and cra asked a bunch of documents to solve the problem. He simply did not accept to fix the problem he made and wanted to charge me extra. Super unprofessional!

To stay aside from only dropping a subjective review, and to reflect on my deep knowledge about the owner and its business, I'd like to share my reasons as well:1- As a person, Mr Jahandar has ALWAYS appeared so humble, gentle, generous to share his knowledge, and supportive. He knows a lot, but never play with technical stuff and jargon to make clients confused. As a teacher, he knows very well how to simplify complex issues. He did my tax accounting for 2016, but CRA audited me because of his big mistakes. I had to return great amount of money to CRA with penalty, I called him to fix the problem but he did not take the responsibility and asked extra money. I got consult from a professional accountant and he confirmed his mistakes that cause this issue.I do not recommend him at all, he is very unprofessional. Don't make headache for yourself. he is not reliable and dose not take responsibility of his poor quality service.
