Sephora is a great place to get all makeup needs. They have a huge selection of different brands and offer a variety of different price levels. I also really appreciate that we can get the same products all around the world. The sales people are also very knowledgeable and ready to help. Great customer service!

Small location, always crowded and long lines at the cash. Hard to find help when you need it because you can barely get through the crowds. Not a stroller friendly store, the aisles can be too narrow in areas to pass by. Hopefully their upcoming renovations resolve many of these issues.

Had to ask for help, and the sales associate wasn't overly knowledgeable and certainly didn't appear happy. When I had everything to try on, I had to ask her where the change rooms were, and she pointed around the corner. There was no one there to write my name on the door (as per lulu protocol), and the first room was dirty. No one asked me how I was doing or if I needed other sizes. Btw: While I was in the change room, 3 staff were standing around chatting. When I went to buy my items, one person was on cash with a big lineup. I've been to many lulus, and this was not up to standard. Will avoid this location!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and I've had a good experience.There was an energetic atmosphere, and everything was well-organized.Some of the perfumes didn't have price signs, which I found a little bit annoying.

I hate writing bad reviews and I don't want this to reflect everyone that works at this location because it's not about every person that works there. The cashier I had (I believe her name was Caitlin) was very helpful and kind.Here's the not so nice part. As I walked in, the store was already overwhelming busy. As a result, it was really hot and my face was flushed. I always use the same foundation but needed a bit of help picking the shade. I had mentioned to the lady helping me that I might need something a little darker as I've gotten some sun recently and that what I've tried on before she helped me was a little too orange...To which she replied Well obviously

Always helpful and friendly staff at this location. I like that if a product is out of stock they’re quick to give me suggestions for dupes and similar products in higher and lower price ranges! So appreciated and great to be introduced to things I maybe wouldn’t have tried otherwise !

I had a really bad experience ... tried to sell 100gm product and making us pay for 200gm. its a scam please be carefull when you do online orders. even if we scan the product it shows 200gm but in the bottle clearly mentioned 100gm and I ended up refunding , they said bar code was wrong. sorry for the wrong barcode . be careful while purchasing bayshore Sephora.

Worst customer service ever specially from the manager who basically treated me like less than nothing over the phone.the staff had no idea about the proper process for non delivered same day delivery orders.Her tone of voice was pretty much saying I don’t care. Mind You it’s an online order that I didn’t received for ~400 … no empathy … treated me like I’m some fraud…I can only imagine How she treats people in person. Still didn’t get my order and out of 400$ . …

Great place. But, crazy busy. Not sure why there is still samples to try on your hand since covid and all that. Would reconsider this, maybe not a great idea. Other then that just too busy. Staff was assisting everyone quickly but did not get any help. We had a few questions but just left too crazy in there. Again March break had the affect on this store. Will not return. Would rather go online too much stress for my daughter.
