I have used JDM roofing multiple times over the years. Jim Is very prompt with getting the work organized to get done when needed. Communication is great, the pricing is very fair and has never been questioned. The quality of the work is perfect, never had an issue or a call back. It's great to call someone you can trust and they just take care of everything for you. Will continue to use on up coming projects and also keep referring others to use them. Great company, glad to have met them and worked with them.

Jim was fantastic to deal with. We called him for 2 separate roof repairs, once in Oct, once in Jan. Both times I was away, my wife requested help and they were there within hours. Total respect and very professional. Jim's company just finished our replacement. Looks amazing and lots of home owner questions answered immediately, at all hours. Site was left clean and the crew was respectful towards our household as well as neighbors. I would definitely recommend JDM roofing. Jim is very cognizant that homeowners aren't contractors. Went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied on a large personal purchase.

The roof replacement was completed quickly and professionally by a friendly team. They were careful with anything near or around the house. They also cleaned everything up. I’m very happy with the work as well. ☺️

We contacted JDM Roofing after we lost a significant portion of our roof in a winter windstorm. We were able to get in touch with the owner right away. He had a crew out in record time to tarp off the exposed sections as snow was forecasted. They replaced our entire roof in some awful winter conditions. Other roofing companies told us they wouldn't be able to replace it for months!The crew was professional and kept us updated of their progress. They completely cleaned the worksite up daily and were extra cautious of leaving nails, as we have small children and pets which we really appreciated. The roof looks great and we are so appreciative of JDM for turning a stressful time into a positive one! Thanks for your hard work!

Jim was recommended by our plumbing contractor. His team replaced the roof of our house on Fairfield Island in Chilliwack. He is a rare, old school" contractor and tells it as it is. He told us upfront what we needed and where to save money. He warned us of lumber prices during Covid. We waited a very long time due to bad weather but each time I called

The owner of the company isn’t nice as he seems to be. I had two roof companies including JDM to look at my bathroom fan leak, however the technician went on my roof instead of going into my attic to check where the root of the issue is. We probably need insulation in the attic but they went on the roof I never ask for it!! My wife said to him on the phone you can access though the attic he never took the advice. However other company never took any money from us, due to the leaking still persist, was super nice of the other company, not JDM! I could give this company 0 rating for review. In my opinion I don’t recommend this company at all, the workers are good not the owner. The owner was arguing at me and not being honest with the work they did, just took the money from us and awhile I am not working, never fix the problem of the leaking bathroom fan. We have proof of the invoice it is the issue of the bathroom vent. He swore over the phone to me, that’s just really unprofessional. In addition he mentioned he would follow up with issue with a free quote he asked me to use my step ladder, who does that?
