I took my 10 year old laptop boat anchor into ISN with severe boot issues. After John recommended a new solid state hard drive replacement and a thorough clean out and tune up, this unit runs better than new, Great service promptly..Thanks for the great service John.

Resolved my start up issues which I am very thankful for. However after being told many time they would fully back up my hard drive and everything on it, it was returned to me with zero program files or applications. I was told this was necessary and standard however many different programs seem to exist to back up program files after a reformat, perhaps i am wrong but after paying $150 and being told everything would be backed up, it kind of sucks to have to reinstall every single program manually. All the program shortcuts were sorted and backed up but made useless as the program pathway no longer existed.
