We got serviced by Dillon and he really helped us with finding the right furniture that fits us with the home decor! He took his time and we didn't feel rushed!! He's very knowledgeable and experienced! He has great customer service skills! We look forward to dealing with Dillon in the future!

Got a wicked patio set for a crazy good price, will be checking back here periodically for a living room sectional. Less pressure to buy than the regular Brick store where I feel like a target.

Great service Dillon help me with my TV inquiries and issues. The brick outlet offers great salesman with lots of knowledge on technologies. They are wizards of the electronics. I will recommend this store anytime to all my friends. Warranty works great and they don't hesitate

We had issues with our power reclining sofa and the warranty claims. After phone calls and emails it has been concluded happily. Barry Gee, Northern Alberta Region Manager and Dillon Kelso, Assistant Store Manager at the Brick Outlet were helpful and outgoing. Through reselection we picked a different reclining loveseat I think we will be happier with. Of course we looked around and lined up what next to buy!!

We were helped by Dillon for our purchase. I went in to buy a new washer and dryer. I was able to get the washer and dryer I wanted and found a great deal on a couch we also needed. Dillon is very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and costs effortlessly. Everything was easy. Got the delivery done with no issues and I will for sure shop here again if the need arises.

My partner and I purchased a new bed from The Brick store on Riedel St. nearly three weeks ago. We paid the enviro fee which covered a pick up of our old bed and with our flexc. credit card we were eligible for free delivery. Amazing right? Well the due date came for delivery and we received a call stating the bed was on back order and unsure of when it can be delivered. Fast forward a few days later and we get a call trying for delivery on days we both work. So, being thrilled for our new bed we asked if we could pick it up/ take the old bed ourselves to the outlet store in Gregoire. No problem. We get to the outlet store, say we’re picking up our order and state we have the old bed with us as well. The rude tone and lack of customer service from a man we weren’t even dealing with (dealing with a younger woman) spoke up and said “ah nope. We aren’t taking that. We don’t take garbage here” with a condescending laugh. We spoke up and said we were told on the phone we could bring it here PLUS we paid for the enviro fee AND it’s wrapped”. All three people at the counter gawked at our invoice and saw indeed, we did pay for it! Instead of asking questions or checking first, he automatically shook us off stating he won’t take our “garbage”. Needless to say we got our bed but being paying customers who are essentially doing the brick a favour, didn’t get warm and fuzzy feelings from the whole ordeal.

Picked up online orders ant this location and it has been awful both times. Waited over an hour the first time. Both times they say they are “looking for it” even if they’re the ones who call you saying your order is ready for pick up.
