Quattro Beauty Studio

Just had a wonderful experience at Quattro Beauty for a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere is beautiful, fresh and clean with calming spa vibes. My appointment was on time and my nail tech, Deanna, was lovely. She did a phenomenal job of a full spa manicure and pedicure. Absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend. This will now be my place for nails in town without a doubt. Looking forward to using this space to host events in the future!

My new favorite nail salon. I went to get a Gel X manicure and was blown away! The place was clean, the staff courteous and professional and it feels like you’re getting royalty treatment. They do follow up and ensure you’re happy which is always appreciated. This salon made us feel valued and we appreciate that. Will return and share with friends and family! All the ladies at Quattro are beyond kind and did not fail to make me feel welcomed. Highly recommend.

After our appointment was rescheduled then canceled due to unusual unforeseen circumstances, the owner, Marisa and Emma made sure my 14 year old daughter was pampered to attend her graduation. They went above and beyond to ensure this was a time she will never forget. This is the beauty salon you will enjoy and always return.

Staff was very pleasant and professional.. went with my friend, I had a regular pedicure and she had gel... the price for the regular was as much as gel which I feel was outrageous!! they should have informed me as the going rate for most places regular pedi is roughly $40-$50 I won't return ...

(part two continued) I left a message for Marisa the owner of Quattro at the other business that she owns on the Monday asking if I could have an in person meeting with her to discuss my experience. Marisa text me the Monday evening saying that she wouldn't have time to meet in person and would rather speak on the phone. I called her and proceeded to tell her about my visit to the studio. While speaking with Marisa I could hear yelling in the back round and asked her about it, she said it was her neighbour and that she'll go outside where it's quiet, I found that weird. Just then my phone began to ring on my other line, it was Devon the manager. Why was she calling me? When I got off the phone I noticed that Devon called me 4 times in 3 minutes. I thought to myself that it was probably Devon yelling at me while I was on the phone with Marisa the owner. Was she call me to tell me off for complaining to the owner? The fact that the owner told her manager about my complaint before even speaking with me is very unprofessional and for Devon the manager to call my personal phone after knowing I had a grievance with her and knowing I was taking that grievance up with the owner is very unprofessional. What kind of business are they running? I have since spoken with the 8 friend's I introduced to the studio and they all have said they will not return, one friend cancelling her appointment today. Obviously, the owner of Quattro studio and her manager can afford to pick and choose their clientele and are willing to put non paying customers {family and close friend's) above and before loyal paying customers. Furthermore, there's no excuse for the treatment I received.I've never given them a reason to do so and I've supported their small business by bringing in friends and possible future customers and this is the treatment I get, completely unacceptable. Ladies and gentleman, save your money and find a real upscale beauty spa that treats you with respect and in this day and age is grateful for your business.

Amazing space, staff and service!Just had a manicure and pedicure and it was beyond amazing. They are so professional and experts in what they do. I was greeted immediately upon my entry by the manager, Devon, who checked on me throughout my services. D" is amazing and made me feel like part of the Quattro family. Went to Quattro today for the first time ever and I was absolutely blown out of the water. I’ve never have been to a nail salon before but my fiancée said I needed a pedicure badly (she wasn’t wrong). As soon as we entered we were greeted as if we were regulars at the salon, every single one of the staff were attentive and kind. Devin was very welcoming and offered us all sorts of refreshments. The nail tech I had ( Naila ) was fantastic. As someone who has extremely ticklish feet she made sure to make me as comfortable as possible and always checked in to make sure I was doing okay. The salon was extremely clean and smelled heavenly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new salon in grimsby. I wish I could give more stars !! Thank you and the staff for taking such good care of us!

I first discovered Quattro when they hosted a pop up for a local online boutique I shop at, and I'm so glad I stopped in! Since the pop-up, I've been back a couple times and the service is always top notch. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the quality of the products they use is fantastic (My gel manicure has lasted longer than others I've had before and I've tried multiple brands and nail salons), and I always leave feeling so fabulous. Being able to enjoy a glass of prosecco is a lovely perk as well!

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Environment was pleasant. However, I feel the pedicure was not done as well as I had hoped. My cuticles were barely cut and my toe nails weren't evenly shaped, some round and some square. I felt like I paid a lot $80 for a not so great pedicure. I had a pedicure elsewhere in Hamilton and for literally half the price I had a foot massage, my callus and cuticles were cleaned very thoroughly. My girlfriend and I agreed we didn't like the work done on us and will not return.
