I have used many contractors and Wilway Roofing went above and beyond. The owner, Willie, made three visits before starting the project. An estimate, a quote, (which had no hidden costs) and finally shingle samples. His crew was professional, friendly, fast and extremely clean! There was never garbage or shingles or any mess during the whole project. I was quoted a time of completion and the project was done prior to the projected completion date! We also chose this company for its impeccable warranty!I would highly recommend this company and their workmanship!

Much to my surprise I discovered that a squirrel had taken residence in my attic. Had a pest control company come out and they installed mesh in all the areas that they thought the squirrel was making it’s way in and installed a one way door to allow the squirrel to get out but not back in. Well the squirrel was not to be deterred and proceeded to destroy my one year old roof vent to get back in. Back came the pest control company who now installed mesh over the vent with another one wet door. After getting rid of the squirrel and her two babies I now had to get my roof vent replaced. Lucky for me my neighbours we getting their roof replaced so I went over to ask Will how much he would charge me to take care of this. He said he would do it for free. Well much to my dismay, Will discovered that the pest control company had applied the mesh using a ton of staples directly into my shingles. Now it was a much bigger job!!! Will provided a quote to replace the shingles and end caps which the pest control company agreed to cover. Will was here today and made all the necessary repairs and still did not charge me for the roof vent or it’s installation. I am very pleased with how Will came to the rescue and am very happy for his professional approach. Can’t thank him enough.

I would highly recommend this company over and over again!We needed a new roof this winter, I was worried that we would have to wait until the spring to get it done.They came and gave us a quote, went through our warranty plan and made sure we knew exactly what to expect.The crew showed up and within hours they had our roof stripped off and tarped.The next day they were up there working tirelessly in the freezing cold weather, and we’re done within a couple days!The crew was great. Such a good group of hard working men.I cannot thank you enough for taking care of our home.

Willway roofing came replaced my old shingle roof with a beautiful metal roof.My roof before had been leaking as well, because of the grade of my roof or slope I should of never hand a shingle roof put on. The choice of shingle roofing cause leaks and damage inside my house. But nobody told me before when I had converted from a torch on to shingle. Wilway knew what the problem was. Now with the metal roof my home is feels safe and secure.They cleaned up and desposed of all the old roofing and garbage, left the area clean.Getting a new roof is great investment but also a pricey one over 25 k now days, but Willway was very competitively priced for great quality roofing.My house looks upgraded and this should last me, I won't have to redue it in 15 years, saving me even more money in the long run.They were able to get my roof completed without any delays and kept thier word and promises.Great character very honest. Qualified roofers with years of experience. I'd hire them again.I just found them to be very real and easy to talk to took thier time and let me know what is going on without making me feel obligated or preasured, also warned me of any hidden costs that could arise like if any rotten wood was found how much that could be however I didn't need to replace any of that.
