This location has the best variety out of all their locations. The staff is knowledgeable and goes out of there way to ensure I always get the best deals! If you want one on one customer service, ask the manager about “concierge”. They added me to that texting service last year.

Please be open till 9. Every store can have their policy but google maps where we are reviewing shows 9. If you close earlier, make appropriate changes. You are not a restaurant which would need half hour to prepare.Check market standard from Walmart to holt

Amazing customer service and extremely good value products.A lot of the items are discontinued lines but they have some good options in well known brands such as Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, MAC, Clinique. Mixture of perfumes, cosmetics and brushes.

Had so much options and workers were super friendly, especially aliya she helped me and was super kind!

So I had a terrible experience yesterday at The Cosmetic Company store the one in Toronto premium Outlets. Me and my 2 friends went to the store I took my friend to this store as the store always have amazing deals. I shop very often at this store every time, but for some reason the employee working at the store at that time approached us for first time asked if we needed help we said no, and at each and every section we were going she was coming to us asking the same thing and we felt very uncomfortable. I am 100% sure that she was keeping an eye on us for some reason there were so many people at the store and she was not going to any one of those and then suddenly she said to close the door to her other employee then it was evident she thought we will leave the store without paying . Well we paid for the items and left the store . Long story short ever since they have changed the staff they have terrible customer service. Will never visit this store from now and nor any of my friends. Shame

My wife and I had a great experience at this location yesterday. Friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you out. A woman with glasses helped us out (I’m sorry I forgot her name). Couldn’t be happier!

Really great store with amazing deals. Aliya helped my Mom with a foundation match and overall the staff was very helpful!

I came in with the family yesterday afternoon. Met and had a friendly conversation with the staff. They have a great selection for tom ford products.

It is the worst of the branches that I know of this company. I visited the store that is located in Niagara where they have a purchase promotion and through it I won a free lipstick through the company, but unfortunately they did not have my favorite color. They told me that I could use the coupon at any branch and choose the lipstick of my liking. However, when I presented the coupon in this branch, they told me that they couldn't receive it and even though I explained and asked them to call the Niagara store, they did not want to do it, after much insistence, the employee Sarah called the supervisor" who supposedly told her that they didn't know about promotion.We ask you to speak to the supervisor because it is not fair that the client has to go through shame and a hard time due to lack of communication with her employees.
