Ran in after school to switch phone to a newer one i already had. Such a fast friendly experience. All the guys who work there are great. They didn't charge us a dime! Would definitely recommend.

The guys at the kiosk are amazing. Got a great deal! Switched from Samsung to Iphone and they made it so easy. Austin and Taylor helped get all the important info over includimg the games and showed us how to use the new phone! They are so patient!

Don’t wast your time going anywhere else!This is my 4th time making a purchase with these guys and each time I’m always excited with my new phone but I’m always surprised and extremely happy with the customer service!This time around I had the best service possible! Brandon went above and beyond for me today!I went in just looking for advice and before he even had a chance to get settled after his break he was helping me!I left the store with my monthly bill cheaper and my phone that didn’t work that great was bought back for WAY more than I ever expected and I left the store with over $500 dollars worth of goodies and a huge smile on my face!Thank you Brandon for your help and thank you WOW for making it so simple for anyone with any provider to get a new phone!

Honestly, the only way to describe the customer service is outstanding. Today I just purchased my 3rd phone from WOW! Mobile Boutique and they continuously knock it out of the park. Their knowledge, personal input, and welcoming attitude continuously draw me in. Brandon has consistently delivered remarkable service time and time again. He knows the rate plans inside and out and is not shy of going out of his way to make sure you are getting the best deal available to you and making sure all your needs are met. I had questions, and he immediately had answers. I will recommend Brandon and the staff he works with any day of the week and look forward to using them as my ONLY source for everything mobile. I’d just like to say I’ve just bought a phone at this place. Jesse was my sales guy. Who was fantastic to deal with. We had problems with the website that day so the sale took longer then it normally does. But Jesse stayed calm and focused on keeping me busy with other products to go with my new phone. He continue to apologize for the hold up but kept the conversation flowing and then he checked back a couple weeks later to see how I was doing with my phone. He has continued to troubleshoot m problems and explain things in detail to me. I so appreciate this kind of service and you for putting customers first.
