Being in our house for over 6 years now, we know a thing or two of our house, and how it holds up with a family of 5, and all I can say is we love it!Our experience from the beginning was great, from talking with Kim in design, to doing the house walk through with the site super, to adding finishing touches after we moved in. Our house was built in a timely manner, and everything like the framing of the house to the drywall and painting was done very well.We have a beautiful house that I can't wait to continue living in for another 6 years (and more!) as our family grows and gets older. Thank you Lincolnberg for a great experience and lovely house!

I love Lincolnberg!!! I strongly recommended this construction company to my friends because the quality of house and service they provide. This is not our first new house. I used to deal with quite a few house builders. But Lincolnberg is the best one! You will not regret if you choose Lincolnberg as your new house builder!

I can't express how Lincolnberg has been the most amazing company we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. When we needed a wheelchair accessible home, we told them what we needed, the kinds of things we were looking for... and they were able to accommodate our requests 100% without issue. They showed us a similar model home in our price range and from there we were hooked.Remove a wall? add a bathroom? put a window here or there? not a problem! Move the kitchen island to accomodate a wheelchair? how far? Bigger? Smaller? We asked them to rough in plumbing for a shower on the main floor all they said was Sure! where do you want it?" and it was done. Can we take out this mudroom and closet here? "You sure can!" Many of the changes we made didn't cost anything additional (Unless it was a substantial change like adding electrical circuits) and in fact

My experience with Lincolnberg Master Builder has been incredible. Every member of the team that we dealt with treated us as if we were family. The process has not been perfect, but when an issue comes up it is dealt with right away and the process to get it resolved is clearly communicated. I will continue to recommend Lincolnberg to all my friends and family!

I purchased a Lincolnberg built home and recently I discovered an issue with my shingling so I contacted Linconlberg regarding this issue. Initially I did face some hurdles on this which is partially because my home is now 12 years old, however I was eventually able to connect with the builder and discuss these concerns. To their credit Keith at Lincolnberg reviewed, inspected, and coordinated the repairs to resolve an issue discovered that existed from the original installation.Update:Keith got in touch with the company they had contracted the original work to and made the arrangements to get the installation re-done to correct the issues which the contractor subsequently returned for and completed a top quality repair job.I would like to express my appreciation to the professionalism at Lincolnberg that they were willing to follow up with my concerns by providing the inspection service after it was deemed appropriate to look further into and then covering the repair work that the inspector identified to be an issue.

I built my first home with Lincolnberg 3 years ago and my wife and I are still in love with it. The Lincolnberg team built me a high quality,energy efficient home that I hope to live in for years to come. We still constantly receive compliments on the quality of finishings and craftsmanship. I would, without a doubt, recommend Lincolnberg homes to my family and friends.

Worst company in all of Canada. They seem very nice in the beginning then when you find mistakes in there work. Inform them of the deficiencies they string you along until your warranty is up. Then try and contact alberta new home warranty and they say nothing they can do warranty is up. Beware both companies are in cahoots to rip you off. Worst companies in Canada. My concrete garage pad was cracking and chipping badly with water pooling at door freezing and won’t open. I complained nothing happened. Finally in the summer a guy showed up and said nothing he can do will have to come back in the winter. Well no one showed so I kept calling finally someone calls and says nothing they can do warranty is up. So calling alberta new home warranty was a waste of time as they said the same thing. Rip off companies costing my family and me thousands to fix there mistakes on a brand new house then have the nerve to string us along and do nothing. Beware of these 2 companies.

We have had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Lincolnberg Homes so far. My home is only 5 years old and already has a huge mold problem in the basement. This is due to the Insulation and Vapor Barrier in our basement being installed incorrectly when they built it. We opened a case with the New Home Warranty program who immediately denied our case. We escalated our issue to the complaints officer who directed us to the Lincolnberg Service Manager. After weeks of emailing back and forth, we were finally able to convince them to come to our house to check out the problem firsthand.The Service Manager came to our home and looked at the issue. They admitted that the mold is an issue and clearly not something that happened overnight. He inspected the Insulation and Vapor Barrier and informed me that the problem we are facing is due to frost forming in the upper rim joist and on warmer days it is melting down causing moisture behind the insulation. The Vapor Barrier was not installed with tacking or acoustical seal; meaning the red tape used to hold the vapor barrier up was not properly sealed. This is where the air was getting into the area and causing mold to form from all the previously mentioned moisture.He then went on to inform me that five years ago, tacking and acoustical seal was not required to meet code" on new builds
