This is a wonderful location at a country home that takes excellent care of their rescues and has some great vetting of adoptive parents. Its not a place that asks for pictures of your home, which I find invasive. But they do check personal and veterinary references, as well they should. You can adopt with confidence from these kind caring folks.

We have been here for many years.Cate is a very special Veterinarian and person. She feels for the animals and the owners, big corporate, bottom line optimized Veterinarian business has not found its way to this place, yet.Unfortunately we had to let go of our little Fritz. Cate was nothing short of spectacular. Her professionalism, compassion for the pet and owners are out of this world.

My husband and I had a great experience with this shelter. We adopted 2 kittens who received excellent care in their foster home. At 3 months old the kittens were well socialized and comfortable with being handled. The adoption process was straightforward and the very reasonable fees included vet check-ups, initial vaccinations, and spay/neutering at 6 months. I highly recommend this well-run shelter!

We adopted Suzie in October. 2 year old sweetheart. She is our best cat ever. Purrfect, loves everyone, even our dog, a rescue from Texas adores her.

This is an amazing place more like kitty Heaven . This is a no kill shelter that is run by loving volunteers. There are no cages and very much a home environment for the cats . I have adopted 3x from them and have always been impressed by the love and care they put into the animals.

Small volunteer run rescue. They really care for their animals and ensure all adoptive parents are vetted. My one tiny area for improvement would be the length of time it takes to get through the adoption process that seems a bit onerous. As long as you are willing to be both persistent and patient they are an excellent organization that deserve your support if you are able.
