We moved to Vancouver last year and are so lucky we were able to get our lil yorkie into here for groomings. Carrie and her team are amazing! Our pup always comes out looking so adorable after a cut and receives so many compliments. We even get other yorkie owners that ask us where he gets groomed!

Ball and Biscuit Grooming
I took my goldendoodle here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. The groomer listened to what I wanted and what my preferences were and when I came to pick up my dog after the grooming was done my sweet girl was groomed exactly the way I wanted. Also, she was calm and happy when I picked her up. I'm happy to say I've found my dog a new groomer and am going to definitely recommend to my friends. A bonus is that there's parking outfront.

A couple before and after pictures. Had a wonderful experience there with brining on my pup for a full grooming service. The price I think is very reasonable ( I am a student on a student budget). I can't remember the lady's name who helped me when I arrived and who groomer Mia, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did amazing job on the haircut will definitely be taking my pup back the next time she needs it. Just can't say enough good things about Ball and Biscuit Grooming. Great place highly highly recommend.

We love ball & biscuit! Our dog loooooves Carrie and her team and always comes out smelling so good and with the best shaped bum (he’s a corgi)! They are super gentle with the dogs and really care for them. Consistently amazing services. Best groomer in the city. Highly recommend!

We love our groomer at Ball and Biscuit. They are extremely attentive to detail, and our Labradoodle always comes out looking and feeling her best. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a reliable groomer that treats their animal with the utmost love and care.

Brought our Westie in for grooming for the first time and we are so happy with his new haircut! The groomer (sorry I forgot your name) was great. We'll definitely be back. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.

Carrie is amazing, only pet groomer we use for our 2-year old shiba. Very patient, always does a great job. Nice storefront as well with reasonably priced pet accessories.Aug 2022 Update: Carrie is still amazing. Very lucky to have her as our dog groomer. Would recommend to anyone who needs a dog groomer.
