Great Wall Masonry

Great Wall Masonry rebricked around a new sliding door that replaced a wider window as part of a DIY renovation. Greg and Daniel were the team that we had doing the work. Greg is truly an artist and took great pride in his work while Daniel made sure things went as smoothly as possible from the initial quoting process all the way to completion. They managed to perfectly duplicate the unusual weeping mortar that we have. Overall Greg and Daniel went above and beyond my expectations. Very highly recommended!!

We recently renovated the entire inside of our house and remodelled the back side of the house which required us to remove the old brick and replace it with stone. We needed it to be seamless and go with the existing design and look of our house. Daniel and his team did an excellent job from the onset; From selecting the right colour and shape of stone, to design to execution and timeliness. Very friendly and professional team and we can confidently say that they are the best contractors we dealt with throughout this entire renovation project. The wall looks great and we have been getting lots of complements from friends and family on how well the wall looks. We even got comments from other contractors working around the house on how well the mortar lines are done. We highly recommend the Great Wall Masonry!!

Daniel & his buddy from Great Wall Masonry were just excellent. Daniel was approachable, knowledgeable, & helpful. I hired them for parging at my house; they were clean, tidy, & did an outstanding job. Daniel is now my GO-TO contact for any masonry work . As a Realtor, I'll refer them to clients for sure.

I have hired Daniel from Great Wall Masonry multiple times over the past few years. It is extremely difficult to find an honest and committed contractor these days. I am so glad we got to know Daniel. He is very hardworking, honest and just a pleasure to deal with. Gregg and Elijah are also great and I've had no complaints or issues with them ever.I hired them initially for some masonry work, then for a concrete levelling job and chimney brick replacement. They also built a concrete walkway and did a retaining wall for my front yard. I just wish they did interior work too!I would hire them over and over again without a second thought. Thank you Daniel for always being so wonderful.

Dealing with Great Wall Masonry was my best experience with construction contractors to date.I received a detailed evaluation from Antonio on what repairs my home required and what could wait, followed up by a quote shortly after. Great Wall Masonry came in at the best price of all the other contractors and we were scheduled in quickly.Our tuck pointing project really came through beautifully and better than expected. Our cracks and missing mortar blended perfectly and looks like new. Big thanks to the mason Christopher and the rest of the Great Wall team. I would highly recommend their services.Note: Pictures were taken shortly after the the work was completed and the motor was still wet. Since then it has dried more and looks a lot better.

Daniel and Gregory came out to our home to repair a chimney for us. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We have a metal roof and they ensured extra precaution was taken care so there was no damage. I would highly recommend them!!

I chose this company to repair peeling brick by my back patio door based on the Home Star reviews and that they were local. I know nothing about this type of repair so couldn't honestly tell if the quote made sense or how good the work was. I was blown away over the entire process. Brittany was extremely responsive and answered all questions and had quotes delivered fast. Daniel who cam to review my issue found many other issues to be addressed ( failing brick) so we added that into the quote as it made sense. The 2 brick and mortar specialists, Greg and Elijiah were absolutely top notch. Greg did the entire red brick replacement and was meticulous. He then rebuilt my patio steps and regraded it so water damage would not occur again. My patio step down is like brand new. Elijiah did all the tuck pointing - 20 spots or so - and it is amazing how good the replacement mortar looks. In all I am super pleased with the work done. It took about 3 days of afternoons. Greg and Elijiah were so nice and easy to work with and so detail oriented.
