Very poor and time consuming service. The picture quality and resolution is apathetic. The lady working there today was very rude and incompetent.she doesn’t know how to talk to costumers as well how to make things correct.

Got there just few minutes before closing and the girl still helped with my passport photos..Appreciate it

1st package I got shipped there, I received okay.2nd package I had until Nov 12, 2021 to pick up. They sent it back on Nov 1st. That cost me money, and I now have to reorder it.3rd package, I was afraid they would send it back early. So I took an Uber while my car was in the shop. Their hours on google said they were open until 6pm, Wednesday Nov 3, 2021. They were not. So that was a waste of money.I ordered items to their shop because it saves me money on shipping and that is a service they offer. They have now cost me Way more money then I would have saved.Copies & More please do not send back any more of my packages. And please change your hours on Google to your actual business hours. If you do so, I will change my review.

Horrible Horrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. We went to them for a nicop application hoping that they would do it all and it would be convenient. First of all, the guy Ali told us to be there by a certain day and made an appointment. When we went he was not there and the lady said that he is out of office. She said that she will take a copy of our documents and to come back in a couple of days to complete the application. When we went back, both of them were there and tje lady was filling in each application from scratch right there and then even though she had all the info. There were three of us and it took 3 hours.Once submitted, weeks went by and we get a rejection for mine and my mothers application that it should have been applied from within Pakistan. It turned out that the lady applied for the wrong category for two of us. Instead of a nicop, she applied for an NIC. Each application was $50 and they didn't even do two of them. When we asked for refund , they refused and Ali was super rude and unprofessional. He has no idea what is going in and why it was rejected even though it is clear as day and clearly states in the tracking page that the category type is ID Card" instead of Nicop.They took $100 from us and didn't do anything and provided no service at all. We wasted a month and a half dealing with this theft of a business."

I went to the NE location of copies and more today (July 28, 2019) with my wife and family for passport pictures. The girl at the front desk was totally rude or obnoxious without any reason. She provided terrible customer service. I will never visit this place again. I recommend to all public not to visit this place. You can find better service for same price at other places in NE. She refused to give me the phone number of store owner. She only gave me the name of store owner (Ali Shah). If Ali is reading this then I want Ali to contact me so that I can tell him how horrible the service was. Stay away from this place. I will never go to this place.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The lady is so rude. Doesn't listen about requirements, doesn't follow along your needs. Came here once, never again now.

Staff is incompetent and can't remove your number from an outdated file.I've been getting calls for an entire year from the same receptionist that doesn't seem to understand that I've NEVER been there.If I ever need something copied, I know where NOT to go.
