If you have storage needs this is the place you should go to! The staff is friendly, professional and kind. We have been clients at Sentinel since 2016 and are totally happy with the service there. Security and maintenance is second to none. The manger Barb is an awesome lady! She is so friendly, kind and thoughtful and will always have your back. From day one you will feel like you've known her forever! I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience overall. Mary helped us out when there was an issue with our original unit and got us into another seamlessly. When we needed extra space we got another unit right away. Great service!

I am new to renting a storage locker and Barb is wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to ask me questions to help me determine what size I would need. She was extremely thorough in explaining the paperwork and I enjoyed talking with her. She works hard but has a good sense of humour as well which can make one’s situation just a little less stressful. Thanks Barb for being so kind and helpful and helping us in our journey. I would definitely recommend Sentinel Storage in Spruce Grove!

We were very happy with our Sentinel Storage experience. The two ladies in the office were great and after initially issuing us a space found one they thought would be better(and it was)so we used it instead. It was clean and well kept. We will definitely go back there again if needed.

I am still having a very good experience using the Sentinel Work Bay units is Spruce Grove, AB. The work bay is perfect for what I require for business use, and the security features of the gate, and cameras provides me extra comfort. These units are large, clean, include power and heat, and a month to month lease option.Barb, and the Mary have been fantastic. They are very helpful and always able to assist with solutions and required needs.Thank you.
