Sergey was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had Sergey and his team demo our kitchen, and Sergey was onsite throughout ensuring each task and area was completed well. He provided very useful advice and insights, even pointing out some other areas of the kitchen that could do with some maintenance or improvements. We would hire them again for future demo work!

By default, I have a cynical opinion of many contractors and I don't mind admitting that I wasn't looking forward to having my kitchen demolished in prep for the new one coming. Everything changed when I met Sergey and Alex. They came to my house and treated us like gold. They protected all of our floors and then explained how things would go. They offered to donate some of our old fixtures and even offered some good advice on things to consider for the coming new kitchen. They finished on-time and, despite that the cabinets were all removed, left the place looking as clean as it had been when they arrived.I would strongly recommend Sergey and Demolex to anyone who needs to do a demo in their home!

The owner is kind and honest, and great to work with to accommodate needs and budget. We were very impressed by the level of detail in the finished project, and how each step was closely monitored during the process. The team worked hard in our attic during the hot summer days, and was always polite and respectful to our home. We would recommend Demolex to other friends and family!

Sergey came to look at my kitchen today to give me a quote for a couple of things that need doing during a renovation. He told me that the work was easy and I would be able to do it myself to save some money. He then went on to explain how to do the work and what I would need and told me if I get stuck he will come and help me. What a great guy! Thank you Sergey!!

Sergey was there on the promised date. He suggested to removed my attic installation before the renovations started and not replace until the renovations were done. Very friendly and reliable.
