Amazing staff and a great variety of accessories, it is a smaller shop, if you're looking for a large selection go to THC. As for the super angry reviews the staff always makes sure you look over the glass before the transaction and are very upfront about the return/refund policy

Good service. Good location.Nice friendly staff that make you feel at home. They don't laugh at my questions. I like to just pop in to say hello even if I'm not shopping in the store itself. It's very clean and has quite an assortment.

Usually when I enter the store, a young lady who works there is ALWAYS super helpful and knowledgeable. However, today there was a man who was the complete opposite. Stuff is over priced so please beware! Know your prices before you enter.

I can't speak to the product but it looked to be various and intriguing. I was after a simple glass hand pipe and the individual at the store was super helpful, very knowledgeable and provided reasonable feedback based on my inquiries.Definitely worth a visit if you are getting back into the pot world post legalization.

Excellent staff, she knows her stock and always tells the truth about any item. No pressure. A+ buying experience. Well stocked store with many choices for water pipes, bongs, and other smoking accessories. Often has good sales too. Must visit if you're interested in marijuana.

Was just there and got two nice little pipes and some wraps for blunting with. Friendly and helpful staff with a vast assortment of quality wares and accessories at a reasonable price. They had almost everything I needed, but in their defence the thing that that they didn't seem to have was an army of super intelligent apes who are highly skilled at both judo and shiatsu massage. I didn't see it in the cases and was far too embarassed to ask. Probably have to get them to special order it. Five stars nonetheless!

Poor customer service, I have a pre existing medical condition and was refused service for not wearing a mask, I guess Canada's charter of rights and freedoms end when you enter the laughing budda

Always excellent service at the Whitby location. The clerks there are some of the most stand up people I have ever met! I am also happy to report they have a very strict mask/face covering policy so you can always feel safe shopping there in the middle of all this! Great to see they are putting the safety of their staff and customers first and foremost.
