Twice we've gone in and dropped a considerable amount of money. The women at the counter are completely passive aggressive and wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face.

Cashier Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable

I went in here for the first time and have easily concluded I'll be coming back.I wasnt greeted when I walked in (not that I mind, seeing as I'm pretty timid and the employee was busy with another customer at the time) but when I was browsing around I was asked if I needed any help.There was a huge selection to look at! And the female employee (I didnt catch her name, my bad) was incredibly laid back, just sitting there enjoying her time, yet still making sure everyone was taken care of in the store.While I was paying, we also had a lovely conversation about multiple things, love how easy the staff is to approach there.Overall, super welcoming and awesome place for all your special" needs"

The girls there make a very inviting environment and are easy to talk to about uncomfortable topics! Employees seem to have a lot of knowledge about their products. Would recommend this location.

I go to this love shop location on a very regular basis with my boyfriend and have for the last two years, they all are very nice and easy to talk to! I bring tons of my friends to share the amazing experience and recommend this one to EVERYONE.

I used to love this store, I haven't been since before covid. I stopped in before Christmas, wow the customer service is 0. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, the lady working did not acknowledge me, I was laughing that myself and another customer could have left altogether and this lady would have been clueless. I ended up just leaving all my items sitting on the counter and left, I went down the street to the stag shop where I knew they didn't have exactly what I wanted but the service was excellent!

Every time I come here later in the evening there is always two girls who are I’d say early 20’s that are the most unfriendly judgemental people I’ve ever come across they don’t say hi when you walk in they say nothing just stare at you never ask if you need any assistance finding anything last time I’m pretty sure they thought I was stealing and called the cops when I was honestly just looking for lingerie honestly they shouldn’t work at a love shop if they’re going to be judgemental and unfriendly contemplating contacting the manager
