Excellent experience from scheduling through completion of the job. This was our first time using MI Elite Window Cleaning. They were the only company providing the service as late as December, which we are grateful for. The two cleaners were at the house on time, polite, professional and thorough. Our windows look great. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a Window cleaning company-made the date to get my windows cleaned, Kristopher and Matt were on time and made sure everything was going smoothly while working extremely hard in this heat!!! The price was more than fair!! The windows have never looked better and I will DEFINITELY be using them again!! Thank you!!!!

With 45 windows on just the back side of our house, I was worried that any company I called would not be able to do a very good job.I spoke with Lindsey in their office and she was amazing. David came out the next day and gave us a quote. It seemed a bit pricey, but the story gets better from here.David and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. We added about 68 screens and the windows in a detached building to the job, but they handled all of it in one trip, no problem.The results were amazing. Every window and screen was perfect and the guys were very polite and professional. I highly recommend Michigan Elite Window Cleaning!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. It is rare that you work with a company so well run, so polite, on-time and very responsive. I have never seen cleaner windows. The crew also suggested the gutter cleaning, which I did not know they did, and it was so needed.So glad I called Elite, do not hesitate to work with this company; in fact other companies should use their model to learn how a great business works :)

Michigan Elite Window Cleaning was recommended by a friend and we needed the service prior to selling our home. Three stories with a lot of windows, many of which had never been cleaned.They kept us informed of schedule, contacted us regularly, and most important, did an excellent job both inside and out.
