Palmer is very friendly, approachable and professional. He efficiently installed battery back-up exit signs without disrupting business operations. Pricing was reasonable and the quote came in reasonable time. He was prompt and accommodating to my schedule to do his work. Palmer was really knowledgeable and helpful. we presented him with a trick problem involving moving some outlets and wall-mounting a TV. He was very professional and did a great job helping us understand the problem and giving potential solutions. Would definitely recommend using Lighten Up Electric!

Palmer is amazing, great service, hard working, he is fast and efficient. Ensuring the work was completed properly and timely. A real pleasure to have around. He installed pot lights in multiple rooms, changed 10 light fixtures, along with installing multiple new plug ins and switches in a 40 yr old house. You wont find anyone better than this young man!

We used Palmer to do some electrical upgrades and after initial visit he provided a detailed quote including when and how long the work would take. True to his word he arrived as stated and completed the work requested. While there we asked if he could do one additional job that we had not included in the quote and he was happy to oblige. Very pleased with his work, would highly recommend.

We have used Lighten Up Electric multiple times during our never-ending renovation for varying electrical needs, and we will continue to do so! Our house is tricky - older with varying ages of renovations over the years - and Palmer is amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and always clearly communicates what we should expect both work-wise and $-wise. It's an absolute pleasure working with him. We now don't worry about anything electrical, we just call Palmer - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
