Claire Gauthier and the entire team are amazing! I have used Claire to both buy and sell several homes over the past 15 years, and would not use anyone else! They listed our home on a Thursday afternoon, had viewings Friday and an open house on Sunday (and just as Claire told us would happen) we had three offers on Monday morning (and sold over asking!!! At the highest price ever gotten for our type and model of home in our area!). Claire knows her stuff!
