Brenden B, Ian S, Matt N, and Brian K did a great job fixing my basement walls

Chris came to inspect and torque the pillars on the wall. I asked previously that he text when he got here but instead he rang the door bell and knocked. So I had a upset barking dog. I took Chris downstairs to show him where things were. He said he would need to get water from my washer and I said no, we have no other running water in basement. I could bring him some water and he said, no, it would be fine. Without asking again he proceeded to unhook the water from my washing machine anyway.When he asked me to come downstairs to inform me what he had done, he proceeded to tell me about the changes in management. I followed him out to his truck to get his business card and he kept telling me abt being a single dad and working 2 jobs and how he does not become friends with management. I finally got the business card and ended up being 10 minutes late for work because he had to tell me about all thus stuff.I just went back downstairs to start a load of laundry and now have to wait until my sweetie gets home to fix where the water comes to my washing machine. I really do NOT like being brushed aside. I offered to bring him water and I was ignored and he did it anyway. Those hoses were NOT to be removed from my washer.

Parts of our foundation were cracked and pushing in on either side of our house and innovative basement authority came in, gave us an in depth free quote, financing options with lower interest rates we could find anywhere else, and their crew were very professional and polite and left the basement clean behind them. Definitely recommend to anyone have issues with their foundation.

Chris was very professional and friendly. He got my dehumidifier running and explained things to watch for. My unit is older and will need replacing within the next few years. Did not push just educated me on what to look for. I'm very happy with the service!!

First, I have to say this whole issue regarding water in my basement had me in a huge panic. From the first moment I visited with Ty, he made me feel more at ease. Plus having Kaz and Kai do the actual work in my basement from the drain tiles, to the sump pump, to the dehumidifier, I could not have had a better experience. They both explained what they were doing throughout, respected my property, my time, and were extremely polite and professional. I would recommend this company, and these guys to anyone!
