Going here for over 7 years for acupuncture and massages. Staff always very friendly and professional. Recently, tried out their new naturopath, Dr. Khalil. First time seeing a naturopath but after my first meeting, I was surprised at the level of detail at capturing my health history. Got a lot of actionable changes to my daily life after only my first meeting that have me feeling much better (I have a lot of digestive issues) and sleeping much better. Will continue to keep visiting.

The best place for your RMT needs.The therapists, all of them are the best. The receptionist is very warm and welcoming person.

I scheduled my first massage here after almost 1.5 years of the pandemic and reaching a point where I was comfortable booking a massage again. I'm glad that this location has good COVID protocols and that the staff respected it. Keep in mind that you must keep your mask on during the massage itself, so be sure to wear something comfortable!This particular place was recommended by some friends and I was not disappointed. The fees are ultra competitive and are cheaper than others located nearby. Booking was easy and straightforward, and you even get reminders via text and email. However, I wasn't able to choose a massager as it all seemed anonymous, which may be a huge turn off to some people. The massage itself was great and done professionally with special attention to problem areas I identified with the staff beforehand. I received a receipt afterwards including the name and licence of the massage therapist so that I can put it through my insurance.All in all, this is a place I'd like to visit again. I go for massages to relax and get some relief for problem areas, and that's exactly what's achieved here. I'm sufficiently satisfied!

Hidden Gem. Clean, organized, modern, professional. Works direct with insurance provider. Great RMT skills. Often offering same day or next day booking. Setup with Vagaro. Parking not bad. Don't let Google map construction work discourage you. Bike lock mount outside. You must try this place.

Decided to book an RMT Swedish massage after being sore for days and my regular massage place was booked for months.Definitely made the right choice. Place is very clean, quiet, unassuming and the therapist (Anna) really helped with all my aches and sore muscles. Very informative and gave me tips on how to properly stretch certain parts of the body before and after workout. Prices are also very competitive and fair.Will definitely come back (might even be a regular). It's also so close to my apartment so that's a win.

I've been a customer since they were in a previous location. My fiancee and I come here regularly to get a couple massage. It is so relaxing and they are so friendly. What i love the most about this place is they are so accurate with massage time. If we start, for example, three minutes later than the appointment time, they end three minutes after the scheduled end time. I highly recommend!
